About the role: Area Manager, AMZL
As Area Manager, you’ll lead a multi-site delivery area, setting clear metrics and ensuring targets for safety, cost, and service are met. You’ll analyse operational data, identify trends, and implement process improvements in partnership with cross-functional teams.
You’ll also recruit, coach and mentor a team of Operations Managers, empowering them to own P&L, resource planning, and workforce engagement. You’ll foster a culture of high performance, safety, and customer obsession.

Requirements / Skills
- Basic Qualifications:

- 3+ years of people leadership experience

- Experience in last-mile delivery or logistics
- Six Sigma or Lean certification
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Comfortable driving change in a high-velocity environment
