18 Week Support is seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse (Major) to join their friendly, supportive team and help reduce patient waiting times for a large NHS Trust.

About the role: Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse (Major)
In this position, you’ll triage and assist in major orthopaedic surgeries, working alongside leading clinicians. You’ll manage instrumentation, maintain a sterile field, and ensure smooth theatre flow.
You’ll also support clinical leads with shift scheduling via our booking app, share learning through our community platform, and help mentor junior staff where needed.

Requirements / Skills
- Minimum 1 year NMC-registered Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse experience
