We’re recruiting Resuscitation Officers across the UK to support our regional teams. You’ll use your acute or critical care experience to lead programmes in ALS, EPALS, APLS, NLS or GIC, and ensure every session meets national standards and client expectations.
About the role: Resuscitation Officer
In this role, you’ll design and deliver training programmes in critical care, resuscitation practice and first aid, and—when agreed—act as a clinical member of the resuscitation team at contracted sites, providing expert advice on policy, techniques and governance.
You’ll also support in-situ simulations, maintain and develop national and local clinical links, and contribute to policy and SOP development to elevate A to E’s profile and impact across healthcare settings.

Salary is Agenda for Change Band 7 (depending on experience), with eligibility for our bonus scheme. Requirements / Skills
- Clinical background: Registered Nurse, ODP or Paramedic
- Instructor status: ALS, EPALS, APLS, NLS or GIC
- Experience: Acute/critical care and clinical governance
- Travel: Full UK driving licence for regional travel
- Desirable: Course Director qualification and teaching/assessing credential
- DBS clearance: Required prior to start
