Join Tesco as a Team Manager at our busy Gainsborough Superstore, where you’ll lead, coach and inspire your colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive store performance.

You’ll recruit and train the best people for your team, ensuring they develop strong product knowledge and operational skills. You’ll also lead trade activity, grow sales and maximise profit through expert planning and execution.

About the role: Team Manager

In this role, you’ll coach your team to deliver outstanding service by running regular briefings, sharing best practice and nurturing talent. You’ll set clear expectations, monitor performance and provide feedback to help colleagues excel.

You’ll also own operational priorities—from resourcing and scheduling to security and compliance—making decisions that put customers and colleagues first and ensure the store trades legally and safely.
